Press gestures are normally configured to generate a Right Click action, but can set to invoke any action.
When holding a press, the gesture is activated on a time threshold, which is initially set to 600ms.
By default, during the press, the time period is visually annotated with an onscreen circle drawn at the point of touch, and the action is triggered when the circle is completely drawn.
The threshold time and visual annotation setting can be adjusted in the Press gestures setting at the application level and also at the global level
