Although Electron applications are technically running inside an embedded browser they are not treated as a browser application by Commander.
If the default set of gestures / actions need adjusting for an Electron application it's best to add the application to the Application List and set up the required gestures and actions.
Currently, Commander sees the entire window of an Electron app as one big scrollable area which is not always ideal. We intend to investigate if we can improve support for these applications.
