To help investigate issues raised with gesture processing we have introduced a debug function to capture all touches received by Commander so that we can playback the gesture in a test environment to help identify the issue.
The data record feature is enabled in the Settings Dialog, Touch Gestures tab, debug option.
When enabled a desktop file updd_commander_diagnostics.txt is created on the desktop.
With this enabled, reproduce the issue on the touch screen, stop the recording and send the file to support@touch-base.com.
The captured data is used for troubleshooting when gestures are reported as being mis-detected for a specific device and should be sent as part of the investigation to any gesture operational queries.
