Restarting the driver
In some cases the troubleshooting exercise may require the driver to be stopped and started, especially in cases whereby setting changes have been made that need the driver to be restarted to act upon the new settings (not all settings changes will require a driver restart).
If a trouble shooting procedure or setting change reference suggests the driver needs to be restarted then either a system reboot will need to be performed or you can manually stop / start the driver as follow:
