The UPDD TUIO Server for the Linux available here.

To utilise this service in a Linux environment you need to simply run the UPDD TUIO application.

Expand the compressed file to extract the UPDD TUIO to the UPDD application folder, normally /opt/updd folder, and run as appropriate.

Once installed the System Tray icon will be displayed . The system tray menu is used to configure the TUIO server and quit the service as required.

Invoke at system startup

It may be desirable to have the TUIO Server running at all times.

You need to use an appropriate application startup method to execute the following command as the logged in user at login time:

    /opt/updd/upddenv “/opt/updd/UPDD TUIO” &
