Windows

The UPDD TUIO Server for the Windows available here.

To utilise this service in a Windows environment you need to simply run the ‘UPDD-TUIO.exe’ application.

Copy the UPDD-TUIO.exe to the UPDD application folder, normally C:\program files\updd (x86) folder, and run as appropriate.

Once installed the System Tray icon will be displayed . The system tray menu is used to configure the TUIO server and quit the service as required.

The UPDD TUIO server requires the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package (which provides MSVCR120.dll and MSVCP120.dll). This is installed at part of the UPDD installer if necessary so should be on the system if the UPDD driver has been installed.

Invoke at system startup

It may be desirable to have the TUIO Server running at all times. In this case you need to create a short cut in the start up folder to the TUIO server
